Perfect place for a family getaway!
We spent 5 nights at this lovely spot! Our room was spacious and had a great sea view. Breakfast was awesome, especially the full English, really filling! The location is perfect for walks on the beach. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better, but it didn't ruin our stay at all!

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of cooked options.
The room felt a bit tatty with a worn mattress and stained carpet.

Consider asking for a room with a mini fridge for your snacks. it makes a late-night treat easy.

Had a spacious family room with a lovely sea view. The decor feels quite outdated. Close to the beach and local pubs. Breakfast had great options, especially the cooked meal. Wi-Fi connection wasn't reliable.

The stay was enjoyable, with friendly hosts who made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The comfortable room came with a lovely view, and having a guest lounge was a great addition. the WiFi connection was challenging, and the decor felt a bit outdated in places. This place is perfect for families and those looking for a cozy, homey atmosphere.

Diane was absolutely lovely and made me feel right at home during my 3-night stay. the breakfast I had was delightful, and I could see that others enjoyed massive portions! I loved relaxing in the comfy lounge with a microwave and fridge available to guests. The only minor downside was the open shower in the room, but I managed with a little creativity to cover it up. 😊

I had a lovely stay with a clean and cozy room that felt like home. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of cooked options, really setting us up for a day of exploring. Plus, the lounge had a proper cheeky fridge stocked with drinks—perfect for unwinding after tasting local delights like The Beach Terrace Cafe just down the road.
Now, the infrastructure is showing its age. the bathroom door didn’t quite close properly, and the decor could use a bit of a refresh. The stairs are quite steep, so be ready for a leg workout if you're hauling luggage.

Had a cracking time at Cumbria Guest House! The breakfast was proper lush, especially the cooked option. Plus, the lounge had a cheeky fridge stocked with drinks—perfect for a relax after exploring nearby gems like The Buttery and Cafe Grand.
Now, on the flip side, the room felt a bit tatty with a dodgy shelf and well-used mattresses. Carpets could do with a deep clean too. My girlfriend nearly cried over the bedding state!
